1. About us
This online store (the "Store") is operated by RO-Novel Books, Sofia 1220, Bulgaria ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at purite.info@gmail.com or by phone at +359 88 610 2888.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every visit to the Store and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection page.
2. Products
We sell printed books and related digital bonus materials. Product descriptions, images and bonus contents are presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences (for example in colour or packaging) may occur. Digital bonuses are included at the end of the book or provided in digital form, as described on the product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in the currency of the market you are shopping in. The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown before you confirm your order. Unless stated otherwise, payment is made in cash on delivery to the courier.
Promotional prices are valid for the period or the quantity stated on the product page, or while stock lasts.
4. Placing an order
You place an order by completing the order form and confirming it. After that we may contact you by phone, SMS or email to confirm the order and delivery details. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, if the product is unavailable, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. In that case no payment is due.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the addresses and countries offered in the order form. Delivery times shown in the Store are estimates and usually range from 3 to 7 business days. Please make sure your name, address, postal code and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered because of incorrect details, we may ask you to cover the return shipping costs.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to purite.info@gmail.com) before the period expires, stating your name, order details and address. Please return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. The goods must be returned complete and in the condition in which you received them; you may be liable for any reduced value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you indicate.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun with your prior express consent.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity of goods.
8. Intellectual property
All texts, images, designs and other content of the Store and of our books and bonus materials are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Reviews and customer content
If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is your own and you allow us to publish it in the Store and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
10. Personal data
We process your personal data only to handle your order, deliver your products, communicate with you and, where you have agreed, for marketing. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights under the GDPR on our Data Protection page.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, or limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at purite.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. As a consumer you may also contact the consumer protection authority in your country of residence or an alternative dispute resolution body.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published in the Store at the time you place your order applies to that order.
